| The Handbook is a reference tool to find quick answers on the Central Emergency Response Fund as well as a guide to applying for and maximizing the impact of CERF funds. The handbook includes chapters on guidance for Humanitarian / Resident Coordinators, on Drought, on Common Services, Monitoring and Reporting, and Communicating the Fraudulent Use of CERF Funds. This document describes CERF’s prioritization and decision-making processes. |

New Applications (from 1 June 2024) |
On 1 June 2024, CERF moved to a new online grant management system, called OneGMS. All applications are submitted in OneGMS, no longer via the Word templates. During a transition period, please still use the offline documents for interim updates, project revisions, and final reports for applications submitted before 1 June. CERF will email the interim update and final report templates for these allocations to the RCs/HCs, while the project revision request templates can be found via the links below.
