Project overview
The main objective of this project is to improve the living conditions and restore the dignity of affected populations including IDPs and host community members in vulnerable situations in the Darfur states of Sudan through the provision of emergency shelter (ES)/non-food items (NFI) and hygiene assistance. Through its common pipeline system and wide network of implementing partners, IOM plans to address critical humanitarian needs and contribute to building community resilience through the provision of ES kits, NFI kits and family hygiene kits. This project targets a combined total of 55,000 affected people with WASH and ES/NFI activities.
