Project overview
This UNHCR project focuses on refugees and asylum seekers with disabilities in the camps in the Dadaab and Kakuma areas. This UNHCR project provides targeted assistance including the distribution of assistive devices, outreach activities, community-based rehabilitation, shelter construction and cash transfers. The project provides humanitarian assistance to 8,656 persons with disabilities, including 1,998 women, 2,292 men, and 4,366 children.
