Project overview
With CERF funding, UNICEF is scaling up its response to immediate humanitarian needs arising due to the conflict that started on 15 April 2023. Since the beginning of the crisis, UNICEF has been responding in conflict zones as well as locations of displacement. UNICEF provides life-saving and child protection engagements for the most vulnerable children and families in hotspots and areas of new displacement. This project targets a combined total of 260,000 affected people with assistance in the Health, Nutrition, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Education and Child Protection sectors.
