Project overview
FAO has directly assisted 210,163 people (22,377 households), including 42,839 women, 50,980 children and 4,974 People with disabilities, in 26 districts of eight provinces (Bamyan, Daikundi, Ghor, Herat, Kunduz, Pktika, Samangan and Takhar) of Afghanistan, through the provision of wheat cultivation inputs, technical training on good agricultural practices, and awareness raising on COVID-19 prevention measures.
