Project overview
Effectively providing supplementary nutrient rich and micro-nutrient tablets can circumvent increased cases of acute malnutrition and excess morality. UNICEF will use $500,000 from CERF to target 106,600 children under the age of five and 75,500 pregnant and lactating women to improve maternal and child nutrition, through screening, provision of micro-nutrient powder and counselling on infant and young child feeding.
