Member states briefing 2015 (2)

Mr. Stephen O’Brien, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator (ERC) briefed all Permanent and Observers Missions on the use and impact of the Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) in 2015.  

The briefing took place on 7 October 2015 at 16:00 in Conference Room 6, Conference Building, UN Headquarters, New York.
