Project overview
The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving food and nutrition assistance to 103,158 vulnerable and flood-affected populations in six high-priority counties of South Sudan (Canal/Pigi, Fangak, Ayod, Akobo, Panyikang, and Fashoda) through targeted general food distribution, supplementary feeding programs, and early flood mitigation interventions, thereby reducing acute food insecurity and preventing further deterioration in nutritional status. This WFP project provides a range of activities. The project provides life-saving assistance to 103,158 people, including 23,264 women, 10,482 men, and 69,412 children.
