Project overview
The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving assistance to people affected by severe flooding in the Borno, Bauchi, and Sokoto states of Nigeria. This IOM project provides essential multisectoral services including shelter and non-food items (NFIs), water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), early recovery, camp coordination and camp management (CCCM) and multi-purpose cash assistance. The project provides humanitarian assistance to over 193,000 people, including over 61,000 women, over 100,000 children, and including over 12,700 persons with disabilities.
