Project overview
The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving assistance to people affected by floods in the Borno region of Nigeria. This UNFPA project provides and increases access to sexual and reproductive health (SRH), and gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response services, as well as mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services to flood-affected people. The project provides humanitarian assistance to 91,700 people, including almost 66,900 women, almost 23,000 children, and including over 13,700 persons with disabilities.
