Project overview
The main objective of this project is to guarantee access to timely and quality care for maternal and reproductive health services in the prioritized health facilities of the hospital and outpatient networks. This WHO project provides comprehensive and inter-programmatic health community exchanges that include health care for pregnant women, sexual and reproductive health (SRH), sexually transmitted infections (STIs), strengthening community work and self-management to reduce risk factors for maternal and infant mortality among other activities. The project provides life-saving assistance to 53,779 people, including 32,993 women, 66 men, 20,720 children, and including 2,678 persons with disabilities.
