Project overview
WFP has been addressing the deteriorating food security in Palestine by providing food and cash assistance to extremely poor and food insecure. Cash-based transfers, in the form of electronic food vouchers, have been a primary method for assisting beneficiaries aiming to meet a share of their food needs. Under this proposal, WFP assists 140,000 people in both Gaza and the West Bank with Food Security activities in the form of electronic food vouchers.
