Project overview
The main objective of this project is to strengthen integrated nutrition and maternal, infant, and young child services in nutrition stabilization centers to address nutrition needs in flood-affected districts. This WHO project improves access to essential integrated life-saving nutrition services, including the treatment of severe acute malnutrition in children under 5 and the promotion of optimal breastfeeding practices, by strengthening nutrition stabilization centers in selected districts and hospitals. The project provides life-saving nutrition assistance to 10,417 people, including 6,250 women, 2,025 boys and 2,142 girls.
