Project overview
The main objective of this project is to deliver life-saving gender-based violence (GBV) risk mitigation and response services to flood-affected populations, focusing especially on women and girls in the four districts of Balochistan Province. This UNFPA project establishes and maintains women- and girl-friendly safe spaces, provides GBV psycho-social support and case management services, and distributes dignity kits among other activities. The project provides life-saving assistance to 95,000 people, including 12,000 men, 47,500 women, 10,000 boys, and 35,500 girls.
