Project overview
The main objective of this project is to provide critical child protection and education interventions for returnee children in Mocimboa da Praia district. This UNICEF project provides education in emergencies services including repair of schools, provision of teaching and learning materials and teacher training for education in crisis contexts. In addition, the project provides child protection case management, psychosocial support and protection monitoring. The project provides humanitarian assistance to 60,000 people, including 5,760 men, 4,240 women, 50,000 children, and 2,500 persons with disabilities.
