Project overview
The inter-agency project in Myanmar seeks to bolster accountability to affected populations (AAP) outcomes, especially in hard-to-reach areas with high displacement rates. Spearheaded by a steering committee composed of AAP/CE Working Group members, the project enhances humanitarian information systems through community-centered engagement in the Northwest and Southeast regions, both facing complex access challenges, and establishes collective AAP systems and processes to systematically utilize localized feedback data for informing program decisions and operational actions, validated by communities at sub-national and national levels. Additionally, the project aims to ensure ongoing national-level coordination of AAP interventions through coordination of the AAP/CE Working Group. The project provides capacity building to 360 persons on AAP. This project is part of the special thematic funding envelope for AAP under the 2023 second round of the underfunded emergencies (UFE) allocations.
