WASH response to drought emergency in Northern Red Sea, and Anseba, Eritrea (23-UF-CEF-016)

Project overview

The main objective of this project is to offer water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) assistance to drought-affected populations in the Northern Red Sea and Anseba regions. This UNICEF project builds new water delivery infrastructure and renovates old ones to provide quality drinking water. The project provides life-saving assistance to 32,668 people, including 7,480 women, 5,980 men, 19,208 children, and including 1,530 persons with disabilities.
