Rapid recovery of food production in ethnic populations affected by armed violence in rural areas (23-UF-FAO-013)

Project overview

The main objective of this project is to restore productive capacity and livelihoods essential for food and nutritional security of ethnic communities affected by the armed conflict in the Colombian Pacific. This FAO project provides socialization of the project, registration and characterization of the population, rapid community diagnosis with emphasis on social threats associated with the armed conflict among other activities. The project provides life-saving assistance to 4,347 people, including 1,469 women, 1,467 men and 1,411 children.
