Project overview
The main objective of this project is to provide health assistance to internally displaced persons and host community members in Ituri, North Kivu and South Kivu. This WHO project conducts disease surveillance, procures essential medicines including cholera treatment kits, and provides access to essential basic healthcare services. The project provides humanitarian assistance to 657,000 people, including 204,000 women, 191,000 men, 262,000 children, and including 99,000 persons with disabilities.
