Project overview
The main objective of this WFP project is to enhance the feedback process of crisis-affected populations in the humanitarian decision-making process. This project provides a toll-free number for complaints and feedback collection and promotes other types of communication channels to allow a joint Complaints and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) mechanism to selected UN and NGO systems. The project also involves updating and capacity building on the mapped existing feedback mechanisms and platforms in Cameroon toward a joint Humanitarian Complaints and Feedback Mechanism (HCFM). The project provides assistance to 17,616 people, including 4,003 women, 3,899 men, 9,714 children, and including 2,819 persons with disabilities. This project is part of the special thematic allocation for Accountability to Affected People (AAP) under the 2023 round 2 for underfunded emergencies (UFE).
