Project overview

The main objective of this project was to provide protection, camp coordination and camp management, and shelter and non-food items assistance to vulnerable communities affected by conflict-related displacement in Ouahigouya, Boulsa, Kongoussi, and Bogande. This UNHCR project provided emergency shelter, legal assistance for housing and agriculture lands to both displaced people and members of host communities, and psychosocial support to people in need. The project reached 153,455 people, including 41,434 women, 29,103 men, 82,918 children, and 13,228 persons with disabilities with protection activities. Additionally, over 81,300 people were reached under the camp coordination and shelter and non-food items sectors.
