Project overview
The main objective of this project is to mitigate the impact of cholera by reducing morbidity and mortality. This WHO project includes targeted interventions in surveillance, infection and prevention control, case management, and risk communication and community engagement across 26 high-risk districts and populations in six provinces. The project provides life-saving assistance to 262,000 people, of whom 71,582 are women and 65,809 are girls. An estimated 1,876 people with disabilities benefit from this project.
