Project overview
This project provides multi-purpose cash assistance to the most vulnerable affected people to meet their basic needs, such as shelter, water, food, transportation, medical costs. The approach contributes to reducing negative coping mechanism such as minimizing food portions, meals, selling household's items, child marriage and child labour. In addition, it provides short term economic empowerment to displaced families and the host communities. The project targets 17,500 people with cash assistance for protection, shelter, food security and health outcomes.
