Project overview
This IOM project aims to improve the health, nutrition and protection environment facing internally displaced people, migrants and host communities by addressing protection and health-related challenges, including human trafficking, smuggling, increased risk of infectious diseases, malnutrition due to food and water insecurity, trauma-related psychiatric disorders and other vulnerabilities, along with supporting child protection services and gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response. The project targets 17,000 affected people with Health engagement, 5,460 with nutrition, and 15,000 with protection activities.
