Provision of life-saving sexual and reproductive health services to the Cyclone Freddy-affected people in Zambezia (23-RR-FPA-008)

Project overview

This UNFPA project provides life-saving sexual and reproductive health services to people affected by Cyclone Freddy in Zambezia. UNFPA and its partners re-establish the provision of sexual and reproductive health services in the affected districts, including emergency obstetric and neonatal care. In addition, UNFPA promotes awareness of protection from sexual exploitation and abuse among humanitarian actors and displaced people. The project targets 24,480 people, including 12,773 women, 3,586 men, 8,121 children, and including 480 persons with disabilities.
