Project overview
The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving essential and emergency healthcare services to people affected by Cyclone Mocha. This WHO project provides essential basic and emergency care, including emergency obstetric and neonatal care, clinical management for survivors of gender-based violence, medicines and related medical equipment and improves access to healthcare to reduce avoidable, excess morbidity, mortality and disability. The project supports 50,000 people, including 20,000 women, 24,000 children, 6,000 men and including 6,500 persons with disabilities.
