Project overview
The primary objective of this project is to deliver prompt emergency response to humanitarian needs in the Amhara region by offering cash assistance and shelter/Non-Food Items (NFI). Through this initiative IOM, 45,771 individuals receive unconditional and unrestricted cash support, addressing their immediate, fundamental, and essential requirements. Additionally, IOM will extend its support by providing shelter and necessary non-food items to ensure a comprehensive response to the identified needs in the region. In total, the project targets 81,771 people, including 18,822 women, 17,186 men and 45,763 children, and including approximately 8,177 people with disabilities.
