Project overview

The main objective of this project is to provide shelter assistance and basic household items, protection and camp management to vulnerable people affected by displacement in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This UNHCR project provides emergency shelter and dignity kits, strengthens community-based protection in formal and informal sites, provides multi-purpose cash, and supports site and information management at displacement camps. The project provides life-saving assistance to 30,000 people in the Shelter/NFI, 38,000 people in the Protection, and 188,000 people in the CCCM sector.
