Project overview
The main objective of this project was to address the impact of the fires on Rohingya refugees by ensuring access to essential facilities and lifesaving assistance. This IOM project provided over 3,000 households with solar lamps and other supplies, engaged 4,156 people through cash for work in debris clearance and construction, and provided 15,926 people with safe water and kits with core relief supplies. The project provided lifesaving assistance to 15,926 people, including 3,691 men, 4,036 women, 4,121 boys, 4,078 girls and 159 persons with disabilities.
