Project overview
The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving emergency food assistance through cash-based transfers directly to vulnerable Afghan returnees from Pakistan. This WFP project provides the distribution of cash to verified returnees and coordination with relevant line directorates at the provincial level, among other activities. The project provides life-saving assistance to 230,322 people, including 54,126 women, 52,974 men, 123,222 children, and 46,064 persons with disabilities.
