UNDP Syria proposes to intervene in two thematic areas through the mentioned below activities in three governorates (Al-Hasakeh; Ar-Raqqa; Deir-ez-Zor with the aim of building resilience of vulnerable Syrians with a multi-dimensional assistance: 1) Livelihoods support for Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) through Skills Training and Job Placement and 2) Recovery of agriculture-based livelihoods through supporting local value chain and productive infrastructure repair. This Early recovery project targets 9,300 of the most vulnerable IDPs, returnees and host community members, including 372 People with Disabilities.
