Upgrading shelter conditions for 140 female-headed household and provision of inclusive education services for 2180 Palestine Refugee students (20-UF-RWA-001)

Project overview

The project aims to achieve the following expected results in the five areas of intervention (North, Saida, Tyre, Beqaa, and Central Lebanon): 1)Shelter conditions are improved for 140 female-headed households and households with at least one person with special needs (PSN) member;2)2,170 children reached by the intensive support program of the Learning Support team, in the current academic year 2019-2020: 993 Grade 1 (131 PRS and 862 PRL) and 1,177 Grade 2 (178 PRS and 999 PRL);3)10 SEN children (between the age 6-18) enrolled in Special Education schooling. The project targets a total of 2,180 vulnerable Palestinian refugees from Syria and Palestinian refugees in Lebanon with Education engagement and 588 of the same vulnerable populations of concern with ES/NFI engagement.
