The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving SGBV protection and health assistance to IDPs, returnees and host communities in Ituri, Kasaï-Central, Kasaï, Nord-Kivu, Sud-Kivu, and Tanganyika. This UNFPA project distributes health kits; deploying mobile clinics; provides sexual and reproductive health services; manages obstetric neonatal complications; raising awareness about SGBV; establishing safe spaces for SGBV survivors; and distributing dignity kits. The SGBV protection component of the project provides life-saving assistance to 465,403 people, including 97,735 women and 274,588 children. The health component provides life-saving assistance to 80,483 people, including 72,434 women and 8,049 children.
