Provision of Life-saving SRHR & GBV Services to women and girls most affected by flooding & landslides in Bundibugyo, Sironko and Bududa districts in Uganda (20-RR-FPA-003)

Project overview

The main objective of this UNFPA project is to improve access to and uptake of life-saving quality sexual and reproductive health care while integrating GBV services in Bundibugyo, Sironko and Bududa Districts of Uganda. With this CERF grant, UNFPA will mainly provide 2,015 hygiene kits, 444 dignity kits, 6 reproductive health kits, 1 rape treatment kit, 5 tents for safe spaces for sexual reproductive health and GBV information/service. The health component will benefit 10,761 people (including 2,676 girls, 6,000 women and 221 persons with disabilities) and the protection sector 620 people (including 100 girls, 400 women and 18 persons living with disabilities). The project will last six months.
