Provision of food assistance to households affected by heavy snow, rain, avalanches and floods during Pakistan winter crisis (20-RR-WFP-022)

Project overview

The main objective of this project is to avert humanitarian crises in areas affected earlier in the year by winter emergencies in Balochistan and Pakistan Administered Kashmir, by providing critical and life-saving food assistance to affected households. WFP will use CERF funds to provide 16,000 households with 3,179 metric tons of food assistance. 96,000 people will benefit from this project, which will be implemented within 6 months.
