Project overview

The main objective of this project is to provide water, sanitation, hygiene and child protection services to hurricane-affected people. This UNICEF project provides clean water by disinfecting and rehabilitating wells, installs handwashing stations, promotes hygiene and establishes child-friendly and safe spaces among, other activities. The project provides life-saving assistance to approximately 10,000 people, including 2,700 women, 2,700 men, 5,000 children, and 1,000 people with disabilities.
