Provision of protection services to IDPs in Cabo Delgado (20-RR-HCR-018)

Project overview

The main objective of this UNHCR project is to provide community-based protection activities in Mozambique's Cabo Delgado province. The project provides $30,000 in cash grants to 600 vulnerable households, 1,900 solar lamps and 12,000 mosquito nets. The project collects, analyses and shares life-saving protection data and includes protection awareness-raising campaigns for 20,000 people. The project benefits 30,000 people including 7,500 girls, 7,500 women and 1,500 people with disabilities.
