Project overview
The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving food security (agriculture) assistance to internally displaced people and host communities in Mopti region. This FAO project strengthens livelihoods by providing cash transfers to vulnerable households to purchase core breeding animals; by distributing seeds and agricultural equipment; and by screening and deworming livestock. The project provides life-saving assistance to 28,178 people, including 7,946 women and 14,934 children.
