Emergency Response to the Cholera outbreak in Bakassi and Ekondo-Titi Health Districts (20-RR-WHO-004)

Project overview

The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving health assistance to communities affected by cholera. This WHO project provides cholera treatment kits to health facilities, manages cholera treatment centres, improves epidemiological community-based surveillance, and raises awareness on cholera prevention. The project provides life-saving assistance to 115,856 people, including 39,699 women, 27,595 men, and 48,562 children.
