Emergency food and nutrition assistance to IDPs in North-West and South-West regions of Cameroon (20-RR-WFP-004)

Project overview

The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving food security and nutrition assistance to internally displaced persons. This WFP project provides in-kind general food assistance (rice, pulses, oil and salt) to IDPs, and specialized nutritious ready-to-use supplementary foods to prevent malnutrition in children aged 6-23 months, pregnant women and nursing women. This project provides life-saving assistance to 50,000 people, including 13,500 women, 9,000 men, and 27,500 children.
