Emergency WASH response to cholera outbreak in South West Region of Cameroon (20-RR-CEF-005)

Project overview

The main objective of this project is to provide life-saving WASH assistance to communities affected by cholera. This UNICEF project provides household water treatment kits, constructs sanitation facilities, provides safe drinking water, and raises awareness about good water, sanitation and hygiene practices to mitigate the spread of cholera. The project provides life-saving assistance to 30,000 people including 7,500 women, 7,500 men and 15,000 children.
