This Ramadan, help Rohingya refugees and others in need. Donate to CERF.
Escalating violence in Myanmar’s Rakhine State triggered the world’s fastest-growing refugee crisis in 2017. As of 24 May, an estimated 905,000 people – mostly women and girls – fled to neighboring Bangladesh. Many of them destitute, traumatized, and in need of medical treatment from injury and disease.
CERF allocated $19 million to support urgent relief efforts for the most vulnerable new arrivals and enable humanitarian partners to scale up the humanitarian response.
As the monsoon season looms, hundreds of thousands of refugees living in overcrowded refugee camps are at risk of landslides, diseases, flash flooding and an imminent cholera outbreak.
With thousands of vulnerable families at risk, CERF stands ready to help Rohingya refugees and many others affected by disasters around the globe.
This Ramadan, give to CERF and help some of the world’s most vulnerable people.
