HUMANITARIAN SITUATION


Yemeni people continue to bear the brunt of ongoing hostilities and severe economic decline. An alarming 22.2 million people need some kind of humanitarian or protection assistance. An estimated 17.8 million people are food insure, 16 million do  not have access to safe water and sanitation, and 16.4 million cannot access proper healthcare. More than 8 million men, women, boys and girls do not know how they will obtain their next meal.
